Last week the genius ladies of Refinery29 took on a "cheap challenge" where two of their editors set out to see how chic of an outfit they could put together with only spending $50. Connie Wang went to K-Mart, while Christene Barberich went to  Salvation Army. The girls ended up styling four very cute, very cheap, VERY clever looks and helped again prove the point that you don't need big bucks to have great style...
